Because our products are digital and can be downloaded immediately, refund requests are reviewed case by case. This policy explains when refunds may be available and how to request one.

When a Refund May Be Approved

  • The product cannot be downloaded and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  • The product is materially different from the description on the product page.
  • A duplicate purchase was made by mistake.
  • A confirmed technical issue prevents normal use and support cannot provide a practical fix.

When a Refund May Be Refused

  • The product was downloaded and the request is based on a change of mind.
  • The issue is caused by unsupported hosting, third-party conflicts, custom modifications, or missing requirements stated before purchase.
  • The request relates to installation, customization, or work outside the product scope.
  • There is abuse of refunds, downloads, accounts, or payment disputes.

How to Request a Refund

Contact support with your order number, account email, product name, a clear description of the issue, and screenshots or error logs if relevant.

We may ask for additional details so we can reproduce the issue or offer a fix before deciding the refund request.

Processing Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are normally sent back to the original payment method. Bank and payment provider processing times may vary.

After a refund, download access, licenses, updates, and support for the refunded product may be revoked.
